Lost everything

Ive been using this app on my iPhone and iPad for over a year. Bought the "pro" version to sync and save my data. Never worked great, always buggy, but now I lost everything after my iPhone broke. Bought a new phone, couldnt log into invoice manager pro account. Tried emailing, no response. Cant reset password. Cant do anything. Lost an entire 2 years of invoices and all my customer contacts because I trusted this app. I want to puke.
